So they built LawnFan — an intelligent app that combines agronomic science, real-time weather data, and community wisdom to give every homeowner a clear, personalized action plan. No jargon, no guesswork, just results.

"I have a large property. Mistakes are costly — in time or money. I wanted to educate myself, but online it's an ocean of contradictory information and self-proclaimed experts."
I'm an entrepreneur at heart — a social entrepreneur, to be precise. I love building projects that bring people together and create real value. Maintaining my property became a passion, but also a source of frustration. Finding reliable information online? Not that simple. Too much noise, too many self-proclaimed "experts".
That's where the idea for LawnFan was born: create an app with a strong brand and an engaged community. A combination of the best of our Facebook groups and the most solid scientific knowledge. All made accessible and actionable.
My vision going forward
Many things are coming for this app that I'm keeping to myself for now. But know that artificial intelligence is part of the equation. My approach to monetizing this project will always be focused on maximizing value for members. Stay tuned.
